How to search products in “Shopping Online”
Use “Alphabetical Product Search” selecting the first letter of the product you‘re looking for Or use “Product by category
You will get a list of products with name, version, category, short description, compatibilities and prices (without VAT)
By clicking on the name of the product you’llbe able to browse technical description pages and, if available, download a trial or sample

How to place an order in “Shopping Online”
Enter the quantity of each product in “Q.ty” column
Press button “Add to shopping cart”

Customer Data
Fill the form with your e-mail and a password of your choice.
For future purchases, if you use the same e-mail, you'll not be required to fill again your data form.
For first purchase fill the form with all required data (red fields required).
Check these data carefully as they'll be used for the invoice enclosed in the parcel.
If you use an e-mail already registered with us, you can review and modify, if needed, some data
In both ways, at the end press the button “Send data“

Other products and order closing
To add more products to the cart press the button “Continue shopping” and repeat step 2)
To submit your order cart press the button “Send order”
Products delivery
Select your Shipping Zone
Select delivery method “Courier “ or “Customer Collection”
Selecting “Courier“, the order will be shipped by carrier within 5/10 days of payment receipt
Courier shipping charges are added to the invoice. The exact amount will be calculated by our system when you proceed to the next step.
Note: No charges for downloadable products.
If you are free from VAT select “YES” in VAT box and enter the reason (e.g. order from an EU Country)
Our system takes into account all the order special terms (shipping, VAT, etc.)

Click on “Send data“ button and check net amounts, shipping charge and VAT. Total amount is shown in Euros and in the currency you have chosen (we use an almost recent daily exchange rate)

Method of payment
Select your preferred payment method among the following:

Credit Card
It is the faster and more safe way. A secure (SSL) connection with our Banca Sella follows, with English instructions. You can enter your data here and get a real time approval

Cards accepted : Mastercard - Visa
Cards rejected : American Express, Diners, Electronic Credit Cards

Bank wire transfer

 To speed up products delivery paid via wire transfer, please fax a copy of the transfer to fax +39 -178.441.5209 (or 178.441.5209)
Choose preferred method and press button “Send data”
You’ll receive both on screen and e-mail confirmations that your order has been entered
If you choose to pay by Credit Card, you’ll receive also a message from Banca Sella regarding your payment
Note: Orders are kept in “pending” state until we receive the payment
